Uncle Sam’s Job

Whether you were an officer or a lowly private, everybody in the military has to enlist (or, back then, be drafted). My father appeared to have some fun with the topic. The last image isn’t about enlisting, but it’s curious that it depicts the very same angry officer as in the one before it. If I know my dad, this must have been based on a real person.
